Update FTL: Hyperspace on macOS

Installer

Download the newest .dmg from the latest release and run it again. It updates Hyperspace in place.

Manual

Download FTL.Hyperspace.x.xx.x-MacOS.zip from the latest release and replace Hyperspace.command and the dylib in Contents/MacOS.

The new dylib has to be for the same FTL version as the one already there, either Hyperspace.1.6.13.amd64.dylib or Hyperspace.1.6.12.amd64.dylib. Check which one is in the folder before you copy, and keep only one.

Not sure which version you are on

Launch FTL and read the version from the bottom right of the main menu.

Then sign the app again:

codesign -f -s - --timestamp=none --all-architectures --deep /path/to/FTL.app

Running Multiverse?

Run ftlman again afterwards to re-patch Multiverse. Your saves are not affected.
